  • Discovery with Client / Stakeholders
  • Requirements Documentation (may include but not limited to)
  • Functional Specifications
    • Site Map
    • Wireframes (i.e., component layout) and / or Graphical Page Representation
    • Cost / Delivery Estimate
  • Sign-off by Client on Requirements
  • Weekly Status Reports (including “peeks” at current progress)
  • Specification Revision Documentation (if deviations from original spec requested – may affect cost / delivery)
  • Website Testing
  • Upload of Website (hosting and domain registration assistance if necessary)
Note: 25% of estimated cost is required after client sign-off on requirements before actual coding begins. Remainder to be billed weekly according to number of hours worked. Hours billed will NOT exceed the total cost estimate. All outstanding invoices must be resolved prior to final delivery of the project. If less hours are incurred than estimated, then THE CLIENT WILL ONLY BE BILLED FOR THE ACTUAL HOURS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE SPECIFICATION!
